I had a phone appointment scheduled with the attorney at 10 a.m., but she never called. I tried reaching the office at 10:05 a.m., and the receptionist informed me that the attorney was busy with another call. Hours went by, and I still didn't hear back from them. I don't feel comfortable trusting my case to someone who forgets a scheduled phone call. Thank you.
