We've been storing our wine collection at River Valley for some time, and the experience has been excellent, particularly since Michael Mahle took over management. Michael is professional, organized, friendly and very responsive. He's gone out of his way to assist us during urgent situations on multiple occasions. Additionally, having toured the warehouse, I was very impressed by how clean and well-organized the entire operation is. I highly recommend River Valley!

I have nearly 800 bottles in storage... I moved to River Valley from Chelsea Wine Storage in NYC, where I was paying NEARLY TRIPLE. Michael makes it very easy to get my wine and their occasional free pick up and delivery promotions are great. the customer service can't be better and my rates haven't really increased even though I keep sending more wine there as I get it. I was recommended by Millesime for storing my wines, and I now understand why. Even before my wines were transported over, the staff showed great patience and professionalism when my previous credit card expired and I needed to settle my storage fees. Once the wines arrived, they immediately maintained the packaging and kindly sent photos to confirm the arrivals and the condition of the bottles. I’ve been storing here for half a decade and have know MM for longer. Top class team, great communication, trustworthy and reasonably priced. They go the extra mile. Have stored at many places in the NYC area in the past. Top shelf.
