The drivers of the bus are being rude to Vista students
Bus was so late, I thought I missed it, than, 20 minutes after scedualed time did it pass, while I was cashing out inside store...next bus drove right by me! ...and some of the drivers are nice and helpful, others are down right rude.
Best transit system I have been on. I don't know what all these reviews are getting on about maybe it's just me but I've had excellent customer service with River Valley Transit formerly 9TT/MAT their customer service is excellent. Yes I will point out that the xtra mile app could use a bit of work it definitely needs some improvement. All around great customer service
I've literally never left a review until now. Tried to get home from work today and waited at the stop at Mystic Market in Old Saybrook, like the app directed for me. When the time came the bus was nowhere to be seen. After calling customer service he tells me the driver claims he passed by 5 minutes ago, which is bullshit. I stood on by the road five minutes AHEAD OF TIME and never saw a bus go down any of the adjacent streets. What if I had to wait two more hours in the cold bro?
