Working with Mr. Kory Bortner has been a fantastic experience for replacing damaged parts on an existing playground. Mr. Bortner provided an exceptional customer service experience regarding assessing for safety concerns, evaluating cost effective solutions, and ultimately completing the repairs seamlessly. The two seasoned installers, Chris and Josh, were professional and prompt with their installation. Both gentlemen provided a skillful installation and provided a clean/hassle free install.
