For years, the team at the West Carrollton branch has been exceptionally helpful, assisting me with setting up accounts for grandchildren, purchasing vehicles, managing checking and savings. I know a friendly, professional person is there to answer all questions and solve any issues I may have. So generous in spirit.
Beware of this CU. They seem to think your money belongs to them. And before they come on here and say they never heard of you and you don’t belong to their CU, that may not be true at all. You may have used them for years and years. Go somewhere else where they respect you and your right to manage your own money.
