Can’t get through when I call. Closed branch for over 3 months for a remodel is a bit much. Just difficult to deal with. Go anywhere else.
The West Carrollton location has been closed for remodeling for months now, no update on when it will be open. It seems they're not even emptying the ATMs, I have had several issues depositing cash. Makes me want to close my account!
I have been a member for many years and always received good service. Currently, the Alex Road branch lobby is closed for remodeling. I don't know the date when it is supposed to be completed.
