The West Carrollton location has been closed for remodeling for months now, no update on when it will be open. It seems they're not even emptying the ATMs, I have had several issues depositing cash. Makes me want to close my account!
I have been a member for many years and always received good service. Currently, the Alex Road branch lobby is closed for remodeling. I don't know the date when it is supposed to be completed.
