I went here to change in change for someone who had an account. These REALLY NICE PEOPLE, let me change the change in FIRST, with NO hassle then they CASHED IT OUT for THE ACCOUNT HOLDER after I showed the NICE gentleman at the counter that I new the account holder! He didn't scare the beacon out of me, like at one place when I tried looking at merchandise,& I left shaking! They have great people who work in this credit union! Thank you!
THE BEST BANK BRANCH I'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS AT...... From tellers to the loan dept and costumer support, this bank is amazing in its efforts to make your every day banking, money needs and financial success a breeze..... Too many names to call out but, i can assure you it doesn't matter who you're dealing with here on putney rd in brattleboro.. You're gonna leave smiling
This bank is a joke. Poor communication, constantly changing online banking systems, locking people out of accounts. I didn't find out that that they switched credit card payment sites until I tried to login to pay my bill and couldn't access it. Called and found out I have to register with a new account( btw that's not working at the moment either), my previous auto-pay schedules are no longer active (wonderful), and all of our points must be used within 60 days or we lose them.
