The staff is always very friendly and happy to help. Would recommend
They will lock your account on a Friday for "suspicious activity" anytime an emergency expense comes through. They do not take calls on Saturdays and they don't provide you with the Call Center number. After you jump hoops to get that number, you will find that they need a fraud claim number to unlock your account. Not recommended. Often drive 20 minutes here only for them to tell me their system is down. They charge ridiculous fees for the simplest tasks. They don't seem to value their customers, and Marilyn the supposed manager is very rude, and unprofessional, only time she has ever been decent is when she wanted us to refinance things through River Valley, so they could collect interest.
