Staff is great. Never had a bad experience on the banking itself. The tech used for their security is why I can only give 4 stars.theyvdont meet the industry standard to connect to budget apps.

My experience with Lowell is wonderful there employees go above and beyond to satisfy there customers. All of the wotkers at this branch are fabulous. As for me my experience here I as to pull a larger some of cash out asked if I could have the band to put around the money. They have no problems when asking for the band absolutely sure. I even asked if I could habe a extra band that was also not a issue. As far as Ada goes they are not friendly and when asked the same question to them when I went to Ada pulled cash I got tol... read more
