Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable, great environment and very nice setting. I highly recommend my friends and family to this bank.
I have used River Valley for my business and personal for about 5 years now and have always have quick interactions there. The few times I have ever had issues with my business account things were able to be resolved quickly, most of the time with a phone call. I would highly recommend for all banking needs.
This is the bank I got my first debt card at. It is a small friendly bank. They are always helpful and nice. I have enjoyed my experience with them
According to the grass valley bank, they will try not to cash checks, tell you that the check only has to be cashed only if they feel like it, will make fake phone calls to abandoned numbers to verify that the check is able to be cashed, they are racist to Hispanics, and are very inconsiderate and hateful toward working class individuals
Always professional, expedient, and friendly. I really like banking with the group in Grass Valley.
