Person calling shows as Private Number. She seemed very focused on charging based on income. Very disappointed that River Valley Area Agency on Aging is not like Correct Care. I enjoy that Chief Scarpa has arranged for staff in his department to provide health services and support without charging. Truly a nonprofit service.
