I've been lender shopping for a mortgage and am fairly naive about the whole process. Kristen Angel spent lots time on the phone with me, was SO helpful, answered tons of my questions, was kind and wasn't in a big hurry to get off the phone like some loan officers are. Kristen epitomizes excellent customer service and Ag Credit needs to know that. Any other lender needs to be taking notes on how she treats potential borrowers! THANK YOU Kristen!
