We walked in and were welcomed by the staff immediately! I was set on buying an eBike and the salesperson was knowledgeable with everything we needed. She helped me pick out the perfect one and showed me just what to do. I was equipped with all the right accessories, too. My quick test drive/ride had me on my way in less than 45 min. My first trip the very next day was just what I needed to get the season started.
Very helpful staff. I found a used bike (Giant Sodoma) that is in great condition for an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommend!
We’ve gotten so many things from River Trail Cycles over the years — my husband’s bike, a bike rack, a kid’s bike trailer, accessories — you name it. It’s seriously our go-to shop. Even our extended family and friends all go there now. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and it’s just a great local place to support. We love it there!
Bought my Giant Roam 3 here. Love the bike and the people and service are excellent. Will recommend them to everyone.
