Maggie has been great to work with and knowledgable about how to fix tight muscles. She walked through a suggested schedule on the first visit and has adjusted the schedule as needed based on the progress.
I’m a regular at Isthmus Wellness. I don’t know what I would do without Laura! She’s the best! Somehow, she manages to know exactly what I need and where I need it. Due to my job and lifestyle I always have knots and aches in my shoulders and neck, but once I see Laura, everything is instantly better. She’s a godsend.
