Home away from home Our Mom lived in the same single family residence in River Heights for 55 years and never wanted to leave. But after 3 weeks at River Ridge I, at the age of 93, she loved it and didn't want to leave. The staff was fantastic and made her feel completely at home, and she loved the entertainment and the other residents - where there was a very strong sense of community. My parents moved in to River Ridge 1 in Feb 2023. It was an adjustment of course, but it has been quite positive. Lots of programs to choose from. Outings as well. A driver for appointments and errands. It’s very social and I believe this to be a huge asset to anyone, especially as we age. The staff members are very caring and willing to listen to all concerns and ideas. It has given our family tremendous peace of mind to know they are and will be well taken care of.
The management here is very rude and not so caring, as recently had a very bad experience they are way too different from what they are! Please be aware of such Fake management
