Horrible service. A car was totaled in January. Nobody makes contact with me saying they don’t have everything they need. Instead they choose to send it to collections. I have called I have asked them to pull phone records and give me emails of their superiors. None of which they will do. I am told by head of collections that she needs to give her boss a heads up and refused to give his information. Instead says she will just send him an email. Don’t use this bank.
