Lenity management continues to run river park into the ground. The new administrator is a joke. He has no clue what he is doing. The seniors who live there say they do not feel safe. It’s like a prison with no activities for them and all the drugs and violence happening there. The food is trash, all premade and processed, tastes like a tv dinner. I can't get ahold of anyone at this location I'm going to have to fly out whe. Health reason I shouldn't be just to make sure he is still alive nobody will answer I called 32 times in the last 2 weeks on top of 26 times just today what is going on. This is my father in law my wife just lost her mother and grandmother 2weeks apart and she stressing really hard about her dad.

We were able to move the larger pieces of furniture in before our loved one arrived so she would have somewhere to sit. Staff was very helpful loaning us a cart to use. Staff and residents were friendly. The apartment was very clean and we were able to fit in most everything our loved one wanted. The staff had several welcome signs up. Very nice.

My Mother lived there for many years. Once the new ownership took over, I saw a positive response in her well-being and emotional health. She was not as depressed and didn't talk about wanting to leave that place every time we spoke on the phone. This is a wonderful place for seniors with assisted living needs. Thank you for taking such good care of my Mother.

Almost every resident has been verbally harassed by another resident here, understaffed and there's only one girl here hat actually helps, something needs to be done.they work shortstaffed every day.
