This place is very poorly run the facility has a horrible employee retention rate rate the staff is very lazy and incompetent The management is truly not worth the time ar all..
They absolutely don’t care for the residents, they DO NOT take the staff seriously when they say something is wrong.
Will Fire you for calling in an entire week due to Viral Illness. Because you were sick and did not want to get immunocompromised residents sick. -2/10
