Rivermill is awesome!! My mom has only been here for a few weeks but I know we made the right choice to place my mom in the memory unit at rivermill. All of the staff have helped make my mom's transition as smooth as possible. Special shout out to Donna for answering all of my questions and Iris for going the extra mile to take care of my mom.

My mother moved in late December 2024. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is she seems to be getting decent care. I worked the contract with Alex and was provided terms that I could work into my mother’s budget. On Day 1 of her stay they increased the rate 25% without even notifying me. $101,000 per year!! A month later they claimed the increase was due to her requiring additional services.
