Lost my check card and was not able to put a hold on any charges. I could only cancel the card. No biggie, I'll just go there and get a new one. Nope, 2 weeks! Other banks do same day!
I've been a customer for about 15 years. And in the last 3 years they have raised interest rates on my loans for no reason, and when I closed accounts with companies and was still charged by said companies they offered no protection. Amd their overdraft fees are ridiculous when they happen due to system updates being three days behind.
Everyone who works at the bank is super nice but... their banking app is actually THE WORST I have ever had to deal with. The money transfer is slow... like a week at least to send money from rf to another bank. The balance update is also slow or just incorrect. They never send you a notification if you have over drafted so if you dont check your account for a few days have fun with the fee. I am visiting from out of town and was in sort of a jam and had an unusual request. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful and got my issue resolved. The folks of River Falls are lucky to have such an outstanding bank here!
