Very disappointed! Even troubled by the poor services provided. I had been a client from 2020 to 2026. In 2025 my rates doubled from 2024 yet the quality of service decreased. Accuracy is a must to a small business owner. That mark was missed. 2025-2026 billing changed and not for the better.
