I went to Stan last July with an itemized list for 2022 and 2023. He had told me he would do my taxes for the same amount that my previous CPA was doing it for, in his words, "especially since you did all the work." The price was $250 per year for a total of $500. Not only did it take forever for them to even start them, (many emails apologizing for the delay,) but the fee went up to $750.
