I purchased a home with their tank already in place to service my out building. I called since the tank was near empty and they said it would be a few days before they could get there. I asked if it would be alright if i hooked up to a 100 pound tank in the mean time. I was told that would be ok. They came several days later to fill it. Then called and said since I unhooked the gas line and hooked to a 100 pound tank they would not be filling it and would be removing their tank. They said it was a zero tolerance policy. We have had River Valley supplying our LP for 35 years. Since closing the Montgomery office and it being run out of Inver Grove the service is terrible. I called for a fill and waited 4 weeks with empty promises of having my LP tank filled that day on multiple incidents and ultimately ran out of LP in those 4 weeks. I switched to Premier. Their service was great. They heard we were out of LP and came out right away to switch tanks and fill up our tank.
