Terrible and misleading customer service.
I purchased a home with their tank already in place to service my out building. I called since the tank was near empty and they said it would be a few days before they could get there. I asked if it would be alright if i hooked up to a 100 pound tank in the mean time. I was told that would be ok. They came several days later to fill it. Then called and said since I unhooked the gas line and hooked to a 100 pound tank they would not be filling it and would be removing their tank. They said it was a zero tolerance policy.
