Make an appointment, you will leave with a NEW ENERGY AND LOVE FOR YOUR SPACE!!! Absolutely love my design choice! I thought I swore off renovations. But after my appointment, I feel so much better about it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I had a great experience at this tile store, but what really stood out was the customer service. Tanya was incredibly patient, genuine, and attentive. She took the time to understand what we needed and guided me through the many options without any pressure. The store has a beautiful selection at a range of prices, but it was the thoughtful and helpful service that made the biggest difference. We truly appreciated the care , thanks Tanya.
This is the place to go for tile or for natural stone. They have the knowledge to support your stone and tile purchase. They know the story behind the stone which seems rare these days. They also have the design know-how to support your project. When you go here they focus on you and your needs. Also looks like a variety of unique products not offered elsewhere.
Although the website has an option to book a consultation, nothing says you can't stop by for a look around. Until you leave work early and rush over to arrive during their limited hours and are greeted by multiple signs that indicate by appointment only. Both disappointed and annoyed by the lack of clarity on the website. A delightful competitor very nearby helped us out.
The best tile selection in YEG! Not only are there unique materials to strike inspiration, but the owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and will go above and beyond your needs. They're the best in the biz, hands down !
