My office received an emergency request for order, and we had a short turn around time to craft a response. Per Mendocino County Local rules, oppositions to emergency requests have to be physically filed by 10:00am the day before the court considers the pleadings. I contacted this company at 4:17 pm, two hours after we received notice, and requested a rush service to file the next morning before 10:00am in Ukiah. I spoke to a Nicole. Derek is a liar. I paid for next day service in person. He said he could do it. I paid what he asked. He didn't even attempt until 2 days later. Wouldn't return my calls. Use someone else!!!!
