The whole team acts like they're doing you a favor saying stuff like, "I don't know what you're talking about..." and, "we got a lot of cases here..." they're overwhelmed and inefficient by their own admission. If they spent more time at work and less time responding they might have stellar reviews. Pay them to write back on a review i guess. Sad.
