I called in desperation late in the day after the moving company refused to bring my 1886 Steinway studio upright into my house, leaving it outside on the walkway. Robert arrived with 2 helpers and all the proper equipment. He professionally and expertly brought my piano "home". He went above and beyond in order to make certain the old 'warhorse' wasn't left outside over night. Robert was a pleasure to do business with. Not only a professional, but very compassionate and understanding. Worth every penny! Thank you.
