What else can I say but absolutely terrible. I saw this on a hireahelper site so I wrongfully thought that they were vetted and trustworthy. Valuables were missing, items were poorly packed. I had a very nice and cheap initial quote but it ends up being way more due to their inefficiency. I believe this was done on purpose to drive up the price. The owner was rude and dismissive. I have moved many times while living in Jacksonville and have never had an experience as bad as this one. Look elsewhere. This has to be the worst ... read more
