Brought my vehicle multiple times within a month to get my engine light diagnosed. They said they saw no issues but cleaned the throttle body not once but twice, not fixing the issue. So I was charged for all this work that didn’t fix my vehicle. I than took it elsewhere after breaking down on the side of the road. Apparently this whole time it needed a transmission control module. So after all this time river city said my vehicle was safe to drive. And doing so it damaged my transmission. Excellent customer service, they were able to schedule me on the same day, my jeep was fixed before they close, honest service.
Long wait times because the company ordered the wrong parts for the car. Plus the front end of the car was not fixed. Overall I would not recommend this place for front end repair.
