Absolutely horrible experience. Booked an event to celebrate our year-end, multiple people involved, and no one showed up! I called the office no fewer than 3 times with no answer. Finally got an email back saying my reservation was canceled due to no payment however looking at the invoice, there’s no portal or place to actually pay and no one called. Lousy customer service that left everyone scrambling to make our dinner reservations. I can’t explain my level of frustration and disappointment with this experience.

We went to my dance in the Escalade limo and my ride was so cool. Thank u to my driver for all that you did. It was the best night ever. I will never forget it. Thank you guys so much for everything.

I’m writing this review because we had the best time at the jags game this past Sunday. It was our last game of the season and we won and I am so thankful that I used River City Limousines for my transport. It made everything worthwhile. My limousine was to die for, it was a stretched out Escalade limo. My friends and I had so much fun tailgating in that thing, that we rebooked for another day.
