Business is so misleading. 75% of their items indicate New In Box. This is so deceptive. The items are returns and missing pieces, broken, or infested with rat feces. Customer Service is extremely bad, they could care less. Check out the Secretary of State website and you'll see how they are rated, not good. I've been waiting now for 10 months for refund for patio cushions infested with rat urine - items identified for bid, and when you pick up item, it's not the item infact not even close.
Becarfull using this place, they are a scam. Do your research and find a reputable online actuin taht doesn't overcharge with out your permission. I repeat DO NOT give them your credit card or any personal information or you will be sorry
I purchased about 16 items together. Four of them were heavily used and/or broken. I emailed them pictures of the damages. Initially, they wanted to give a full refund to my credit card. Finally, they did not. I communicated with them for more than one month to get the refund but failed. They gave me a store credit and forced me to buy more items though I did not need any.
