I purchased a Cervelo S5 privately and called River City as the seller bought it from them and highly recommend the shop. I’m in Melbourne and from the first phone call Dave was so helpful, from simply offering the boxing service to even organising the freight me. The updates the bike was dropped off, images of the bike and giving his opinion it has made what could have been stressful so simple and for that even though I’m in Melbourne I’ll happily be returning to River City!
David and his team were extremely helpful walking me through what was required for my bike service and what to look out for. Super approachable store, very helpful, and a quick turnaround as well.
Came in with a flat tier, the legend in the store saved me and fixed it in seconds!
