My grandfather got transferred from this facility to another facility and they lost all his clothes. Then when I call up there they told me he didn’t have clothes there even though I personally brought his clothes and marked all of them with his initials.

River City Care Center was amazing! Everyone from the Director of Nursing, Floor Nurses, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, kitchen staff and the custodians were absolutely kind, caring, compassionate and professional. The Center is very clean at all times. Thank you to the discharge coordinator for your assistance getting mom back home. Thank you to everyone on staff at River City and God Bless you all!

River City Care Center is great! The staff have been amazing. They were very informative when my sisters and I first called to inquire about a place for our dad. The staff is so kind, caring for our dad and friendly to us. I appreciate the events they host for the residents each month and holiday. If you are looking for a place for an elder parent, I highly recommend River City Care Center. Thank you all for the kindness you have shown our dad and us. God bless the staff!

My oldest sister is in your facility. I went to visit with her on 1/7/25. I wanted to meet her nurse, the aides, and all those who give care to my sister. Naturally, as is typical of my sister and at her request, I had brought bags of goodies for her, her roomie, Jaime, Josh, Mary and the rest.
