I didn’t even get a hello before this Teller started her Racist act, smh I didn’t even get an apology either. Hopefully it’s just her but this is a non friendly Bank towards Blacks
Placerville is my home branch of this bank even though I have moved 2 hours away. When my new checks were lost in the mail I called the branch. Summer answered, remembered my by name (the staff at this branch are amazing for their personal care of customers), and immediately began to assist me in addressing the issue. She froze the account, took down all information on outstanding checks so they could be paid, gave me detailed directions on next steps to open a new account and reassured me that all would be fine.
