I recently visited the Middletown Branch for help with document notarization. Rachel, Sabeen & Quenten provided fast, friendly service and an excellent experience. I've been impressed by the great service I receive each time I've visited RCB Middletown. Great service, fully staffed and Saturday morning hours set this bank apart from others in the area. Highly recommend!
They are only open until 4:00 pm. They never help with any problems with transactions and always make you call downtown to the main office to try and reach someone at that location that is knowledgeable but it never gets resolved and the manager downtownis not friendly at all! Their ATM is too dark and it's dangerous late at night and is always saying it can't take money or checks. They didn't even know what Zelle was until a few months ago!
