Our family moved to Roseville in 1999. We opened our bank accounts with River City Bank because of their neighborhood friendly customer service. Over the years managers have always remembered our names and regularly asked about each of our kids. Anytime we have had any issues with our account the managers have always been reassuring and very helpful. In the last year we have had a very difficult time with the Granite Bay branch.
