Service – I don't like it when you say you have put through a deposit, when clearly you haven't. The other bank has NO Record of you even putting it through. Yet you choose to charge me a NSF fee!! Wait a minute this is not right. You won't return the check that never went through is this because it proves you are wrong????? Do you make ATM deposits? Be careful... – Had account with RC Bank for approximately two years. In the last few months the bank (branch and backoffice) have lost or misplaced 3 deposits: 2 ATM deposits at the Sunrise Branch and 1 electronic funds transfer. Do not make ATM deposits if you can help it and watch your other credits/deposits to make sure they are posted correctly. Or go to another bank that can handle these simple tasks.
