Horrible service waiting months for refund at there Indianapolis IN location and waiting over an hour to get things I have bought
I'm trying to help a family with their Christmas. I bid on, and won a doll. Friendly staff brought items out to my car and placed them in my trunk. Mind you, they don't show you your receipt with the list of items to check off like other auction companies. I went to wrap over the weekend and got to a box that had the most horrendous hot pink with lime green trim sweatshirt in it. This place is a ripoff!!! they don't give clear description of item in good condition or not.
I purchased an item and was required to send a shipping label for shipping. The purchase I made was on June 7, 2024. I was told it was dropped off at the Postal Service then I was told it was dropped off at UPS then yesterday I was told it was dropped off at FedEx. The package was never dropped off these people lied to me over and over and over again. if I had not been persistent about the issue, they would not have refunded me.
