We had used online for travel but quickly came back to River Bend. Tracy, Kathy, Debbie, anyone who asks you where you want to go and what you have to work with, gets the job done and done right! They are always nice, professional and make sure that what you want is what you are getting. We have used them for years, just yesterday and we will use them for years to come. Thank you for nothing. My husband booked us what was suppose to be a wonderful UK trip to France and London over the Christmas holiday. We did not want economy seats and thats what we were going to have. We asked for this to be corrected so we could rebook a trip. River Bend gave us the 1001 reasons why it didnt happen. When we went to our bank (to see what happened to our money) and Delta they couldnt figure out why this agency didnt give us a voucher so we could have instant credit like we wanted to.
