Have lived here 18 months and have just become aware of the devious and cruel nature of the park owner. He tells people what they want to here to get them in the park but refuses to put anything in writing. He has told different people different things. He says he is a man of his word, but be warned, HE IS NOT! We are so disappointed as we had hoped this place would be everything he described but it is all just a sales pitch to get you in.
