I used River Bank when I moved back in 2020. I moved away for fourteen months. Now I’m going home again for the duration and I’ll definitely use River Bank. Phil, Carla Reese and the rest of the staff has always been so professional and helpful. Great bank!!

While being a customer they were great, however after going through a divorce and everyone at our branch knowing this, I went to remove my name off of my exes accounts. They said I didn’t need to do this because they were business accounts. My ex was supposed to go remove her name off of my account however she decided to close the account and remove all the money.
