RIVAS is absolutely wonderful! I lost 26 pounds over about four months!! They are fast, efficient, and they walk you through the weight loss program as true professionals!! It’s always pleasant to walk in there and see the receptionist’s with a smile as they greet you! Highly recommend!!
The team at the Waldorf Rivas is fantastic! Illi, Shelby, and Amaya are super friendly, non-judgmental, and supportive of my weight loss journey. If I have any issues, they listen and help me find a solution. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I had my 2nd appt at Rivas and again the customer service from Amaya was excellent with a smile as usual. The service for my appt with Shelby was warming and informative of information, greeting me with a smile and professionalism. I will be returning again. I had an appointment today with Rivas for the 1st time and it was a great experience, great receptionist customer service, clean and nice environment. I will be returning.
Absolutely AMAZING staff! Everyone is so kind and personable, getting to talk to and catch up with them is the highlight of the experience! Products offered work great - appetite suppressing, craving control would absolutely recommend anyone struggling with weight loss to try Rivas! I've tried every fad diet there is and multiple personal trainers, nothing works quite like the GLP-1 products offered here!
