The entire staff in Perry Hall is great! The front office staff, Val and Shanell, shows kindness at every turn, & supports each other, even when the office is busy and the weather causes delays! Sherelle, the terrific tech, knew my name right away! The PAs, Isioma and Marlee, are very encouraging and knowledgeable. I am very happy at Rivas Perry Hall.
The staff is the most awesomest! I hated that I had to change locations!! Thank you ladies for making this journey so comfortable, motivating and enjoyable

If you’re looking for genuine, unbiased medical care, be extremely cautious — this space prioritizes profit far more than patient well-being.
Staff is amazing, the ladies know everyone's face. They celebrate your wins. The PA and nurse practitioner are very knowledgeable and make real time recommendations based on your individual health situation. I absolutely love the care and service.
I been attending Rivas Center White Marsh Location since April 2025, And I must point out the company customer service, The ladies in the reception area always calling everyone by name, celebrating your weight loss victories, all while keeping your visit fast and professional..
