A total scam. ZERO customer service.
MY workplace purchased this service last year with the limited wellness budget we have. At first glance it was a powerful tool to motivate staff to engage in wellness and physical activities. However, it quickly became a drain of time with having to manually enter all activity- doesn't sync with fitbits! Group challenges are time consuming to set up and limited accessibility.
