I had a very poor experience at Ritz Safety in Pompano. The company tries to present itself as a place where you can walk in and get knowledgeable, in-person assistance but operationally, they haven’t figured out what they want to be. Are they a corporate focused online-driven operation with in-store pickup, or an actual retail location built for customer service? Right now, they’re stuck in the middle, and it shows. Great selection and great service.
Great spot to go get safety gear for your team. All their PPE are OSHA approved.
