I had a very poor experience at Ritz Safety in Pompano. The company tries to present itself as a place where you can walk in and get knowledgeable, in-person assistance but operationally, they haven’t figured out what they want to be. Are they a corporate focused online-driven operation with in-store pickup, or an actual retail location built for customer service? Right now, they’re stuck in the middle, and it shows.
