Walked inside lady was sitting behind desk asked if she had a big and tall section she stated “ no only standard” then asked if there were any fire extinguisher 🧯 for truck still behind desk not looking up from computer screen the lady behind the desk states the different sizes she may have but NOT once did she take the time to remove her attention from her computer screen to get up to assist my husband and I. By far the WORST customer service I’ve experienced. If it was possible I wouldn’t leave any stars.
The great folks at Ritz got me up and running at a moments notice with a gas monitor and calibration paperwork. Needed it for 3 days to be on a job site after I’d flown in from Missouri. Highly recommend!
Cindy at Ritz Safety is the BEST there is!!! Really knowledgeable in all safety equipment and clothing, she knew what I needed, showed me the different selections, and ordered what wasn't in stock. Ritz Safety will be my go to store from now on, I highly recommend this store above any other safety stores!
