Decided to replace sofa sleeper with a new sofa. just left Ducks and stumbled across Ritz Furniture Gallery. Nice layout of store. was met by Cathy, Store Manager. Gave demensions and explained why we were there. she knew her store! and directed us to a couch she thought would work. We were shocked, it was the right size, despite it was smaller than a standard soda (what we were looking for) had 3 cushions, lovely fabric and the real kicker...IT WAS AMERICAN MADE FROM PORTLAND OREGON. I did some preliminary shopping and was so pleased to have the staff explain the options for a recliner and just in general be professional and helpful. I am definitly coming bac to shop.
It horrible and stressful experience with zero customer service They just care for their money, with no respect for customers.
