They play with you with the delivery charges. Firstly, they said your sofa can be fit into your car and after that they are asking $80 charges for delivery and next day they said its $100 charges so i rent a u haul which cost me around $60. And at the time of pickup they said we can deliver it in $50. Whenever you guys will go to buy some stuff from there pls make arrangements to pick up otherwise will charge you extra in delivery and keep changing their delivery charges.
As a first-time buyer from this store in Mississauga, they delivered me couch that wasn't prepared for assembly. The seller blaming the supplier for the issue is worrisome since companies should have a comprehensive quality assurance team, making this a red flag.The supplier's suggestion that I create my own holes with their guidance through FaceTime seemed completely absurd to me. I went this location to buy a bed and mattress. I found the guys work there have zero customer service looks they were in high attitude. But i ignored and took my stuff and left. But will never come again.
Very poor customer service. They don't know how to treat with customer. I don't want to visit again.
