We purchased a chest of drawers from Ritz several years ago and are still so happy with it. When it was time to get a new couch, we checked another store up the 4 lane but their couch was super expensive. Decided to check out Ritz. They didn't have what we were looking for on the showroom floor so the owner found one in a catalogue that was a fraction of the other price.
