We purchased a chest of drawers from Ritz several years ago and are still so happy with it. When it was time to get a new couch, we checked another store up the 4 lane but their couch was super expensive. Decided to check out Ritz. They didn't have what we were looking for on the showroom floor so the owner found one in a catalogue that was a fraction of the other price. Great selection of furniture with great prices and amazing customer service! We bought a couple sets of furniture for our new house, and realized we needed additional matching items, and they have been so helpful in making sure we got exactly what we needed. The young men who delivered the initial sets were friendly, prompt, and efficient. Overall a great experience!
