Came here for my mother in law’s birthday and it was the most AMAZING time. Christopher and Jennifer at the front desk were super accommodating and helpful. Sam the guard also walked us to the spa and shared with us some of the hotel’s history. Stefania (? probably misspelled so sorry) was also very sweet at the spa, everyone was so kind. Thank you so much.

We've been regulars at this spa since it opened two decades ago. Their team members are amazing and the reason we go back. The pedicure suite has been in desparate need of new chairs for months and months, and this has negatively impacted multiple visits. On the last trip there, I took time to speak with the spa manager, who agreed this was a very legitimate complaint and assured me that the new chairs were on order.
