Massage review. This was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a welcoming experience. I was directed to take the stairs up one level from the front desk, but no one was available to guide me. There were no directions to the lockers, no robe or instructions, and no mention that I needed to go up another set of stairs after changing to reach the massage area. I had such a great experience at this spa. Dee gave me a beautiful gel manicure and a lovely hand massage. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, and the drinks were delicious.

I had the most amazing spa experience here today everyone was just delightful from the front desk to the locker room attendant and pool staff but I really want to highlight my massage practitioner Jessica! She was able to work out a knot I have had in my back for the past month. It felt as if a knife was in my mid back and was effecting the nerves around it. Subpar experience for luxury prices. Booked 2 pedicures with the $30 add-ons for gel/gel soak off. Upon getting there, they sat us apart from eachother even though we booked together, we had to talk to each other across the room, told they don’t do gel polish on toes, and for my gel removal, the technician was scraping and filing off my gel polish with a nail file.
