I loved the hotel! Beautiful and clean very stylish but the massage was not that good. I paid for 50 min and she gave me 40 min massage. She was ok. It looked like she was rushing doing the massage, so I didn’t enjoy it that much.
Underwhelming and outdated The massage was 50 minutes full body and 10 minutes was focused just on feet - some pain points addressed but overall very disappointing. All the amenities are outdated and antiquated and it's actually very small and congested. Very disappointed for the price, 3 stars for the friendly staff but everything here needs a huge refresh
Ritz Carlton Spa is the BEST spa in the Orlando area. Christopher at the front desk was exceptional and was a real gem, we would not go to any other spa in Orlando. He contributed to making my husband’s birthday memorable. The treatments were 5 star, you can spend the day by the pool, whirlpool, and sauna. You can walk around the grounds by the lake. You can grab lunch at the spa. Again, thank you for providing myself and my husband with a wonderful day at the Ritz, we will be back soon!
My sister and I always come here during our annual girls trip with our lifelong friends who travel down from up north. Always a wonderful, relaxing experience! Massage choices are great and lunch by the poolside is delicious and relaxing.
Being a first time spa goer , EVER, this was such a great experience! I was very unsure and out of my comfort zone! But when I went back with Debbie for massage! She made me feel comfortable, was patient, and understanding! Her massage was excellent! The other amenities are very nice as well: hot tub, heated pool, sauna, and steam room(which i didnt care for, the scent in there reminded me of vicks vapor rub).
