Just had a wonderful experience at the Ritz-Carlton Spa retail store today before checking out from our trip. What a great store, and the visit was a perfect way to close out the trip with some clothing! The associate helping us this morning was very nice to our dog here as well which was much appreciated!
I visited this salon on 08/13/26 and I currently have to get ALL my services redone! My fiance and I drove 53 miniutes one way just to learn this facility was incapable of delivering work that even an ordinary salon can deliver. Uplifting Manicure Cost $70. This spa doesnt do ANY acrylics! In fact they dont use ANY of the tools you are used to seeing in regular nail salons. Just a nail file and clippers. I'm disappointed. My fiancée came back from a $470 experience for her hands, feet, and hair. We waited 15 days for this appointment because of assurances. This was a 6-hour time investment for us. Her feet were barely buffed, she wasn't able to get acrylics or a fast dry for her hands, and her hair reverted that same evening. The experience was extremely unsettling, let alone premium, compared to significantly more effective local options.
