I had a wonderful spa experience today with provider Monet. Oh my goodness, the Relaxation massage hit the absolute spot ! The staff is attentive and go out of their way for their guests. The check in staff, female "valet" support staff, the service (massage) provider, the valet, and even the grounds staff who was happy to save me while I was lost and led me to the way in their golf cart..., everyone I came across today was so friendly and helpful!! I really enjoy visiting this spa. The massages are consistently excellent, the service is exceptional, and the amenities are wonderful. The staff truly go above and beyond, and they deserve recognition for creating such a welcoming and relaxing experience. That said, I do feel the facilities are desperate for a refresh. The décor feels quite dated, and some maintenance issues take away from what should be a luxurious experience. A huge shoutout to associate Jaime, who stopped what he was doing to assist me when lost navigating to a conference room. His customer service and care was exceptional, especially considering it was outside the realm of his usual duties.
The spa at the Ritz orlando is always AMAZING. The ladies at the front at just incredibly helpful and thoughtful. When I get a passage I always ask for Tracy. I don’t think I could ever go with anyone else.
Top tier experience and the staff is PHENOMENAL! I recently attended the pool party and spa event at The Ritz-Carlton to celebrate both my mom's and my cousin's birthdays.
