I have been going to this Spa here for almost 9 years! It is one the nicest spa’s I have ever had the pleasure of visiting and frequenting! Love the room staff have always been so good to me, and the manager makes sure Im always taken care of. When anything go wrong ever they always made it up to me! Love you my Ritz Spa front desk ladies, massage staff, and room attendants are the best people in the world!
Husband wanted to surprise me for my 41st birthday. Whew I was taken aback at the lack of customer service from the abrupt greeting just telling me to go upstairs. And then when I get upstairs I am hurried to orientation and lockers and while I am in the hot tub trying to relax the service attendant comes through with a large industrial garbage can on wheels to clean.
