Wonderful Experience with Lina Discreet service is the best I was hesitant about paying upfront at first, but it turned out to be a great decision. Me and my husband had the best time here. Everything was beautiful and the entire stay felt so relaxing and peaceful. The staff made us feel so welcomed and taken care of the whole time. The room was amazing, the food was so good, and every little detail made the experience even better. This was exactly the getaway we needed.

The Ritz spa in Orlando is truly exceptional. I went to get a gel manicure. Selena, my manicurist was personable, kind and caring. She made sure that I found the exact shade of nail polish I was looking for and helped me feel comfortable and truly taken care of. I feel like I made a friend while my husband was at a conference. Kindness goes a long way, and at the ritz spa you can count on feeling truly pampered!
Just had a once in a lifetime experience with Edwin the master barber - the 80 minute haircut shave and full package was unbelievable - champagne flowing and he is truly a master of his craft. The service is worth twice what they charge I can’t wait to go back. Best haircut and shave of my life
