At our studio, we aim to create a lasting healthy daily Ritual of body movement in the studio but also out in your world. Our passion is to promote active, healthy living for people of all ages, shapes and abilities. Our owner is a Registered Kinesiologist, Yoga Teacher and Cycle Instructor. The rest of our staff consists of skilled, approachable and educated Personal Trainers, Cycle Instructors, Fitness Instructors and Yoga Teachers. Your first class is free, check us out!

This spot is worth a night away. Incredible cocktail lounge. Very talented bartenders.
My 17 year old granddaughter was visiting from England and wanted to try some activities while here. She attended a spin class and also convinced me to participate in a yoga class. This Ritual Studio is a hidden gem. It was inviting. pleasant, welcoming and really smelled divine. Thank you to both instructors who could not have been nicer. Thank you.
This has made my life so much better! My mental and physical health have both greatly improved since I started. It's more challenging than other forms of therapy but the results speak for themselves. If you're willing to put in the effort then this is an amazing way to heal, improve and grow. The first few months of getting in to shape are difficult, but after that you start to reap some amazing rewards. Thank you Renée!!!!!
