I've only had a few services done but every time I have recieved awesome friendly customer service. Their threading is my favourite service.
This place is a complete rip-off. Overpriced for absolutely nothing. The staff have zero skill, zero professionalism, and yet they still have the audacity to demand a tip. My mom recently went in for a basic blow dry. She asked for volume and bounce, and instead, the stylist just lazily straightened her hair—no effort, no technique. I had a gel manicure appointment with Niko yesterday afternoon, but it was really terrible. When I got home, the gel polish had chipped off, and one of my nails is damaged. I really regret the time I spent going there. I will definitely come to the salon tomorrow and get my money back
Really really disappointed to have to make this review. I came in about 2.5 weeks ago for brows, the woman was in such a rush (no other customer in the salon though) and broke the thread 3 times, and cut me so deeply, I had no idea it was possible to get a cut like that with thread. I then returned a couple days ago and was happy to see another woman to do my brows, she took more time with it but I did end up with multiple cuts again.
