Unfortunately I have to leave a one star based on the lack of customer service. I booked a hair cut appointment for 1:00 pm today. The salon called me and asked me to come in 15 minutes early, at 12:45, which was no problem at all. I arrived at 12:40 to make sure I was available early for them, as they requested. When I arrived, the receptionist told me the hairdresser would be ready in 5 minutes.
