Ritter com. is a great company !!!! all ways took care of problems we ever had in a timely matter !!!
They demand a pin but have never provided one. Schedule appointments for service and never show up. Make it impossible to remove equipment yourself then threaten to charge you for obsolete equipment bc they never show up to remove it when you cancel your service. Also, they say they provide one gig fiber service but you will never receive more than 350 mbps. Shitty company but unfortunately there are not multiple options to select from in most communities and AT&T is even worse.
In 2020, I moved into a new apartment and was approached by a Ritter representative named Oni, asking me to switch to their service over my current ISP. Oni showed up to my front door several times, to the point that I’d avoid him, which felt like borderline harassment. It’s not worth it in newton county you have to pay for a phone Plus Internet 125 a month you don’t get high speed. Forget about watching a 4 k movie for sure
