Compared to Optimum, Ritter is in a league of its own. The setup was quick, easy, and very thorough. Jay was amazing as my salesperson and James was the best technician I've met. Would definitely give a 10/10. The 1 gig speed is perfect for my household with great speed.
The service is horrible you have to wait on the phone for hours, I believe they are putting us in the cues and saying its long wait time, yall can call us when you guys want your money, but we cant get through when we need help with our internet its not even raining or the wind isnt blowing and the internet keep going out or.....
Would steer clear if possib ... as soon as my contract is up we are switching.. fyi if your service gets turned off, apparently they give you 4 days to pay or they completely inactivate your account. Then will claim they called to tell you but "their calls go to spam unless you save the number in your phone".. then they have to send a tech out to turn it back on (apparently cant remotely turn it on bc the tech rips the wire out- per customer service) another $50 charge to restore services
