Ritter allowed my sister to get a phone. She had it installed in a house she does not own. Somehow she put my mother's name on the bill, without the knowledge or consent of my mother. Now my mother is getting harassing phone calls from Ritter telling her she needs to pay the bill because my sister isn't. How can you put someone's name on an account without permission? Then harass an elderly woman for money for a bill she doesn't owe. This is fraud, maybe someone at Ritter messed up. We can get an attorney to stop the threats... read more

Aiden and Austin went above and beyond to get my internet and network up and running efficiently at my business. It is 100% due to these two guys that I am not switching to another provider. A lot of technicians would have thrown their hands up and said "our equipment it working fine... it's your equipment that is failing" but they stuck it out and found out what the issue was and fixed it anyway. I can't brag enough for their customer service and support!

Compared to Optimum, Ritter is in a league of its own. The setup was quick, easy, and very thorough. Jay was amazing as my salesperson and James was the best technician I've met. Would definitely give a 10/10. The 1 gig speed is perfect for my household with great speed.

The service is horrible you have to wait on the phone for hours, I believe they are putting us in the cues and saying its long wait time, yall can call us when you guys want your money, but we cant get through when we need help with our internet its not even raining or the wind isnt blowing and the internet keep going out or.....
