It’s not worth it in newton county you have to pay for a phone Plus Internet 125 a month you don’t get high speed. Forget about watching a 4 k movie for sure
High prices just for internet outages 3 TIMES A WEEK MAYBE MORE. Laggy service as well. Pick another internet provider if possible, I've been with Ritter for too long and they've screwed me over enough.
Tried to get a one day extension to pay my bill and they didn't. I paid the next day and service wasn't reconnected because my modem split. How in the world does that happen when all they have to do is reactivate from a computer? I'll be going back to the internet provider that I had before Ritter. Me not being able to connect to my Zoom meetings was it for me.
poor customer service, misleading customers and disrespectful. I tried to file a complaint and representative hung up in my face.
