Called customer service Christy answered she was very polite and helpful. Great customer service on getting my repair taken care of. Justin showed up at my house took care of the problem with professional service and very polite and helpful. Hard to find great customer service nowadays. Thanks
It honestly hurts me to leave this review. I was soooo excited to switch to Ritter and I’ve never spoken to a nicer person than Kristen, ever. I had Ritter installed two weeks ago, and again, Joe was a super nice guy and I had no complaints with him. He even offered to me, if you have any issues, I’ll leave you my direct cell number, and if you are not satisfied, I’ll personally come back and hook your old stuff back up. I really hate leaving a bad review but I think this needs to be said. I had right fiber and I made an overpayment it was my fault. I live month by month I'm permanently disabled and it is going to take three billing Cycles to get my overpayment back, what's left of my overpayment is not very much as I have switched over to another internet provider.
