Had an amazing tour with Noelle. I was first greeted by Nicky who was awesome. All the staff was so friendly. Facility was clean and love the room options.
This is a wonderful and very hands on Alzheimer's community. We have been working diligently to bring updates and new ideas to the community. We have an amazing resident experience department that keeps the residents engaged. The nurses are caring and knowledgeable, who keep our Nurse Practioner and Medical Director informed of any changes, and keeps the family in the know. The staff were caring but communication is severely lacking. As someone else previously stated ,my loved one was sent out for behavior and was kicked out while in the hospital. Very difficult to find a place that will take him within the time frame needed and has put me and my family in a very difficult spot. When someone has advanced Alzheimers, I do not think they can be responsible for their behavior. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible and they don't pay their bills. If you're a contractor don't do business with them. I have been waiting for over a month for payment for maintenance services I completed for them in May. It is almost August and they say "it's in the mail". I've asked several times, IF a check has been cut just cancel that one and give me another one because I haven't received it. Every time they say well we will reach out to accounting to see what they can do and then it's nothing. T... read more
