The staff were caring but communication is severely lacking. As someone else previously stated ,my loved one was sent out for behavior and was kicked out while in the hospital. Very difficult to find a place that will take him within the time frame needed and has put me and my family in a very difficult spot. When someone has advanced Alzheimers, I do not think they can be responsible for their behavior. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible and they don't pay their bills. If you're a contractor don't do business with them. I have been waiting for over a month for payment for maintenance services I completed for them in May. It is almost August and they say "it's in the mail". I've asked several times, IF a check has been cut just cancel that one and give me another one because I haven't received it. They have pipes burst in patient's bathroom and stick them in another room with no television or telephone
Briar Glen is so caring with my mom. I absolutely love they take great care of her. Everyone is so friendly and I feel like my mom is secure and happy. Thank you to everyone who makes Briar Glen a happy place.
